There are two switches in the ship. One guy gets on one, and another guy gets on another. Yes, you will need two guys. On 3, you guys switch them on by pressing X. It opens the bridge door. Inside is "Ultra Knight," one of the creatively named enemies in TTK. Kill him, get emblem.

He knows that, it's in the original post. But once that door opens to get to Ultra Knight, the actual Bridge (which you visit in a mission) is still locked off. You can see into it, and see enemies in there, but you can't open the door.
