For those concerned by "Legendary Mark Gating" (Destiny)

I earned 217 Legendary Marks today, much to my surprise. 70 of those were Quest rewards, but that still leaves 147 obtained theough regular play.

So yeah. Not as much of a thing as some of us feared.

I don't see this as an issue at all, though. You're guaranteed 30 Marks per day for like twenty minutes of playtime. Even if you don't like Crucible at all, it's one match that you don't have to win.

Add that to the 30 per week for Heroics, 30 per week for the Crucible playlist and the Daily missions and Crucible, you're looking at 270 Marks per week from events, plus whatever you get for dismantling Legendaries, which probably won't add up to a whole lot for most people.

I feel like that's plenty. It's 70 more than was possible with the old system. I only hit max weekly Vanguard Marks once, and I never hit it with Crucible Marks. I'd bet that most folks didn't hit the cap that often, either, although I can't back that up. Likewise, most people aren't going to get the max amount of marks they potentially could under the current system very often either.
