Yeah, but only because people considered yellow to mean precision shots but really it just means bonus damage.

Well, yeah, but only in that one case. You don't get yellow numbers for Weapons of Light, for instance. For a year we were trained that yellow means precision hits. It's not unreasonable for folks to be confused by this particular issue.

It's also not that big of a deal. After one time of precision hit perks not activating, it's not hard to figure out.
