Which ones don't involve your actions? The Gunsmiths' have you testing weapons in a variety of situations. Black Spindle and No Time to Explain both require you to take your own initiative and explore when the mission is pushing you urgently in a different direction. The Exotic sword quests don't just appear, you have to spend time upgrading your sword. Sleeper Stimulant required some observations and light puzzle solving.

I guess Boolean Gemeni is just sorta given to you, though you do have search around to find the Wolves at one point.
