Yeah. I like that better. But... maybe sometimes even that change would make it too subtle for some?
Perhaps. Though I would argue that by even stating the rule, without any other queues, it puts the idea in the mind of the viewer that this rule is about to be broken. Sure, some executives at Activision wouldn't get it it and would want it spelled out, but I think most people would figure it out.
