“No Time To Explain” is an Exotic version of the Stranger’s Rifle, sort of.

Perhaps this is the gun that was spotted in the trailer and tentatively ID'd as Fate of all Fools?

I'd bet on it. It did look VERY similar.

Sleeper Simulant is a Heavy Fusion Rifle that charges an over-penetration laser through enemy targets and bounces off walls.

Interesting. The idea of heavy fusion rifles has been thrown around the community before, I think Korny even did a pretty impressive workup of a concept.
