We used Melting Point and Tether to boost out damage output, and put someone on ad control at the taken wave for safety. I'm not sure if it's been confirmed, but we were operating under the impression that a death on any damage cycle other than the last one would fail the challenge.

Our group consisted of 5 Warlocks and a Hunter

Overcompensating much?

Oh Yeah, compensating for the lack of Titan. That's common.
