Question about King's Fall glitches (Destiny)

Usually if you just go to orbit and then back in that will clear up some of the glitches. No need to restart from the beginning.

From what I remember hearing is that you guys were trying to do the 16 orb method on Oryx on your attempt? That ends up causing a lot of weird items glitches in my experience.
