I've heard nothing regarding any agreement as such. So no.

I'd push someone to answer whether or not Bungie could and would be allowed to enable cross-platform PVE play between PC and Xbox. There's only one platform holder to please there, Microsoft. Forget issues of fairness, let's presume nobody cares.

No they won't. They have said PC balance will be separate from consoles. Therefore, no compatibility.

Because balancing PC separately outweighs this.

I'm guessing Bungie won't do this because they can't.

They won't do it because they don't want to, nor is it a good idea.

That's my theory.
