The Dreaming City (Destiny)

I haven't made it to The Dreaming City yet. I'm still pretty Blind to it thus far.

If I remember correctly, is this the play area that was described as if it was going to be constantly changing with new things to see that would be popping up, as well as old stuff going away, giving unique memories for players that were there to experience it?

Will I potentially be missing out on anything Week 1 (Spoiler free request please, until I can visit the locale)

That’s basically impossible to answer until we see what the changes are. I would guess not really, though. Basically everyone is still too underpowered to accomplish much there this week. Stuff there can be as high as 550 (maybe higher) light.
