I’d say the Megaman games have remained similar. Anybtime they switch it up it’s spun off into a new series: X, Legends, Battle Network etc
But within each series the games are extremely similar.

But as far as Destiny goes… the similarity you mention is one of the reasons I’ve burned out and stopped playing.
