You’re using weird hypotheticals to make your point, and I just don’t see it as warranted. Apple not funding some game because it’s not designed the right way for them doesn’t prevent that game from being made, it just means that developer needs to look elsewhere for funding.
One day, when gaming subscription services are your only choice, then anywhere you seek funding will have the same requirements…
