Now sure how I should value content (Destiny)

$20 is 1/3 the price of a full game. Would you say it is about 1/3 the content of a full game. As a consumer, I'm not too concerned with overhead costs or supply chain issues.
"Content" can be defined very loosely here.

That's hard to say. It's not just amount of content, but quality of it. It's a value judgement.

Only you can tell yourself if it is worth the money. The game's got:

-3 story missions, roughly on par with average Destiny story missions, but better in quality in my opinion.
-Some mini missions in the form of bounties that were somewhat cool (no waypoints!)
-2 strikes, both improvements over current strikes. (One for Xbox, which is shitty).
-A raid, shorter than Vault of Glass (based on reports from friends who have already completed it).
-Added weapons and armor
-Added grinding mechanics to make shit take even longer and be more frustrating

Is that worth 20 bucks to you? 20 bucks is basically nothing to me, so it's already paid off.
