I got 2... one with my Hunter, one with my Warlock. Nothing for my Titan, but that could be because I only just created him a few days ago.

Did you go from 360 to PS4? I think it's per gamertag but you'd get one each for PSN/Live maybe? You're the first person I've seen online to get 2.

Yeah. I only got one and two of my characters have been around for several months...
