Up for anything is also about as far as you could get from a HC or SR: high RoF, low(ish) Impact, moderate stability.

Well, no. Saharas, Doctor Nope, Hex Caster ARC, Payback SOS, Atheon's Epilogue, Silimar's Wrath and suchlike are about as far as you can get.

The RoF is at maximum, the Impact is oh so close to minimum, although the stability runs the gamut from very good to awful, depending on the rifle (and on whether they have Perfect Balance or not).

And they're perfect.
