I got 2... one with my Hunter, one with my Warlock. Nothing for my Titan, but that could be because I only just created him a few days ago.

Did you go from 360 to PS4? I think it's per gamertag but you'd get one each for PSN/Live maybe? You're the first person I've seen online to get 2.

Nope. I did play Destiny on the Xbox One for a couple hours, but I can see no reason for that to on lock on my PS4 copy of the game.

For what it's worth, they sent me 2 emails as well. I wonder if I just got "double booked" by accident?
