What would the Bluerunner be?
The Flashback: When an enemy is shot he is locked into watching a random flashback from your character's history. This leaves the enemy disoriented, confused, and slightly bored.
That's perefect!
Mine would be "The CaneCutter". (Original, I know.) It would shoot cans of really cheap beer and if you got hit with one, you'd assume ownership of a house trailer and you'd talk with a slow, southern drawl for a few minutes.
