Mine would be INFLICTION

After being killed by INFLICTION, a player will lose every shootout for the next 5 minutes in which they and the opposing player are using the same weapon. No matter how many bullets you put into their skull, if they are using the same weapon against you, THEY WILL WIN.

NOTE: I suck at DMR and BR shootouts
