I'm still betting on the Jump Puzzle myself. That's the last "section" of the raid where there feels like there should be something. (You know, the vex gate portal thing off in the distance)

It always struck me as odd that there was a whole separate set of platforms that would get you to the end.

I did ask a Bungie employee about that recently and was told that they were for something else removed from the game and were not hiding any chests.

That could be wrong or inaccurate, I have no idea, but I did ask :)
