I am tempted to drop the money on one of these just to solve this exact issue.

If you're looking to grab one on the cheap and don't care what's on it, the 2-paddle Advance Warfare one is nearly half the cost of the others right now.

EDIT: This is assuming you're playing on XBone. It doesn't look like there's a similar deal for PS4.

Never mind. It's pictured with two paddles, but to actually add the paddles and make them programmable, it's an extra $75. That's a no-go for me.
