Fixed issues with suspend/resume handling on Xbox One (Destiny)

The annoying "you were returned to orbit because you're joining a Fireteam" popup that freezes you in place (oh thanks, I had no idea that I specifically chose to join a fireteam. Thanks for the heads up!)

This irritates me to no end. Oddly, it doesn't happen on the 360 (where I played for the first few months). At least I don't think so, anyway.
