Light needs unlockable Tiers (Destiny)

Guessing this would cause major problems with events such as Iron Banner. If I'm at 290 light and can't go down, then what would stop me from using Felwinters, Jolders Hammer, Mida, etc...

I still hate losing my old weapons, but I think this is their way of forcing us to year 2 gear.

your feltwinters would be at 170 damage, while everyone else is running 300 damage/defense.
