1. Reducing Fusion Rifle ammo capacity is mad stupid.
2. With so many nerfs to Hawkmoon over the course of the game, they might as well just completely redesign the weapon.
3. Balance changes hit way harder given the inability to upgrade many weapons. I am hoping my 310 Villainy that I worked so hard to get to 310 won't end up sucking now. Especially since I used a Surros to get it there, which now might be amazing instead.
