I think 3x Heroic Story Missions is a “weekly” that should reset twice a week. The single Crucible Match, Strike, or Gambit Match should be “Daily” and on a rotation. I think that Flashpoint Heroic Adventures are on that, too, not sure. But if you complete those you should be able to get another that week. Otherwise if you don’t do it within 4 days you miss out on that daily.
