Brotherhood was my favorite (with 2 right behind). You could ride horses straight into the city, there was lots of countryside to explore, Ezio felt like a hero, the soundtrack was beautiful, and I absolutely loved collecting the art.

Revelations diminished my interest and none of the games since has caught my eye.
