If I'm keeping my distance more, then Mida wrecks any PR in the game (in my experience).
Mida is a mystery to me. It's clearly the new big thing; I get DESTROYED by it in PVP. Many people using it, many people outshooting me (usually when I'm wielding a pulse rifle).When I switch to it, though... I get killed pretty fast. :(
(It's amazing in PvE, though - even for me.)
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe it's the armor/speed spec; I don't generally change gear when I use it.
The trick I find with Mida, or any other similarly spec'd scout rifles, is that headshots are crucial. I know this sounds kind of obvious, it seems to make a bigger overall difference with fast RoF weapons. If I'm having a bad day with Mida, I'm probably missing 1/3 of my shots, another 1/3 are body shots, with the final 1/3 landing as headshots. That means I might be firing 8-10 shots for a single kill.
On a good day, when I'm landing consistent headshots, I'll fire as fast as I can and take the target down in 4 shots. 4 shots with a Mida can happen VERY quickly :)
