The biggest thing is that in PvP each body shot does 38 damage, each headshot does 57 damage. So 0.9 seconds TTK for 3 headshots + 1 body shot, which is darn respectable. 6 shots to a target for 1.5 seconds, but if they are turned around or already hurt a little then it's still a super fast kill. Good aim assist and pretty fast firing, along with great range and speed increase.

I can see why it gets a lot of use.
