I agree with you. But the reason it makes sense to me is because high end players don't need communications. But there are a ton of people that DO need it. In fact I bet a vast majority of the community could use it. That is why I say that.

I figured as much. I'm just trying to emphasize that We are generally above the mark of average skill level at DBO and we always think about how we deal with new activities instead of how the greater community deals with it.

A couple of good friends of ours really enjoy Destiny (have been playing since TTK released), but they're not exactly weekly visitors to the Lighthouse. I'd hate for any of them to go blind into the Challenge mode PoE with two other randoms, maybe one with a sour attitude towards folks who don't know what they're doing.

It's better that any of them can run the 41 PoE, see if they mesh well with the randoms that it drops them with, and then see if they want to do the challenge. Otherwise, they can use the PS4's Event Planner to schedule a Challenge run, and folks could join him then. No need to bother with Randoms...
