Looking back…

1. The speaker IS the real traveler.

Not yet ruled out.

2. The Traveler created the Hive.

Book of Sorrows proves this one wrong.

3. The traveler is actually evil (or else just using humans for some purpose)

Not ruled out but unlikely.

4. The Master Chief sent the traveler to Earth.

Debunked after consulting with experts.

5. R+L=J

Spot on.

I'm still going with number 1. After all, is it a coincidence that right as the Cabal drain the Traveler's light, the Speaker vanishes?

Let's make new ones!

1. Maya Sundaresh is the Exo Stranger

I concur.

2. Exos are Proto Vex

Hmm. I don't think so. I think the Exos were originally machines made for war, relatively unthinking. Then some of them became the vessels into which were poured the "minds" of the human simulations "rescued" from the vex simulation (a'la Maya Sundaresh). And, from there, they built more that could think for themselves.

3. Rasputin shot down the Traveler

I concur.

4. The queen is dead
5. The queen is alive

I concur. I think the Queen and Eris are/were in cahoots to depose Oryx and steal the hive and his throne world via the sword doctrine. While the guardians defeated him, it was the Queen and Eris who orchestrated the series of events that ended Oryx, and in that sense, they defeated him with their strategy and the trap they set. As such, I believe Eris can use Oryx's throne world to bring the Queen back to life, at which point the Queen will assume control of the hive.

Adding my own prediction:

5a. The Awoken became awoken by using the hive worms. Eating them, probably.

6. We have to utilize the "wishes" from the Ahamkara to help us get our light back in Des2ny.

I know nothing about this, but it seems a little unlikely, simply given the worlds we're set to visit. I am really curious to see more about the Ahamkara, though. Given that they have significant mentions in the lore, but have yet to appear in game (at least, not alive), I'd really like to see them in D2.

6a. The Nine are the last living Ahamkara.

7. Destiny is set in the past.

I completely disagree.

8. Xur is really into Sparrow Racing

Hahahaha. I like the thought I read on reddit that, unless the tower was destroyed on a Friday or Saturday, Xur will be very confused when next he arrives.

With regards to the Speaker being the actual Traveler, I don't think so. Mostly because I really hate the speaker because of how he talks down to the guardian, but also a little bit because I think the Traveler wouldn't be so mundane as to actually speak to us that way. I'm a big fan of the enigmatic power.

9. I think the Fallen were originally chosen by the Traveler and given their own golden age, but eventually turned their thoughts toward perverting the traveler's gifts to them. Instead of "well, some of us are immortal guardians and the others are normal people, and that's fine" they decided "we can force the traveler to make us all immortal" and they built a Great Machine to drain light from the Traveler and turn it into ether, which made those who drank/breathed it immortal. Which is why they must now hunt the traveler and guardians everywhere, lest they run out of ether and die. It's also why the Traveler left them, which caused the Great Whirlwind etc...

10. Speaking of the Traveler, I think what we have been calling the Traveler is actually the Great Machine that the Fallen built to harvest ether from it. The actual traveler is somewhere inside the device. I didn't get to play on the Farm, but I saw the gif timelapse of it where you could see... the traveler? Cracked in half and leaking something (Ether? Light?) off in the distance. I don't know what the Traveler is, but i think the machine we call the Traveler is just a shell. Or an egg..?
