Performance on a 9 Year Old Mac Pro (Destiny)

I went and played Des2ny on a Mac Pro I got in 2008. I was unable to install windows on a trash can to test, but I imagine the performance being even better.

Dual Processor 8 Core 3.2ghz
48 GB RAM
Radeon HD 7950 3GB
Windows 7
1920 x 1200

The performance was really solid actually! On medium with AA turned off, the game ranged between 30 and 60 fps, but never actually dropped below 30. Strangely turning to low seemed to make zero difference in the frame rate.

I am not sure if the fact that Des2ny plays better on a 9 year old Mac than a PS4 is a testament to their PC coding, or a poor reflection of the PS4.

If I can get bootcamp to work on the trashcan I will report back.

Basically I think if you have a desktop Mac that you purchased in the 2010s, you will be able to play Des2ny pretty well. Of course while adjusting to the keyboard and mouse I certainly didn't perform well.
