Noise-y image / Film Grain (Destiny)

[*]The Settings menu is way better than the one that we have on console (of course), but especially so because Bungie has learned a bit more about letting us tweak every minor setting, from DoF to foliage details:

It sucks that as of the last Beta, we didn't see anything remotely as useful on console. Unfortunately, stuff like HUD opacity is still on a menu than on a slider. Bungie, we need more Sliders!

[*]I hate the 60fps, it causes strain on my eyes, and I have to stop playing it periodically, but since bumping down the Vsync causes stuttering, I'm pretty much forced to keep it there. Check this clip from gameplay at 30fps:

I had hoped that the noise-y image effects would have been fixed from the Beta(s) but on Console (PS4) it is still very apparent to me. (no, it should not be my set up, or my settings - double checked)

I haven't seen many mentions of it in Destiny 2, not like that time it was added with that Patch during Rise Of Iron and quite a few people noticed it until Bungie fixed it.

In the past I have noticed that I have particularly good eyesight. Especially when it comes to granular detail. That may be changing slightly with age, but I've still got it so far I think :)

I'd like to see the noise-y image effects or "film grain" as some say, fixed in Destiny 2, but I'm not sure that it has bothered enough people this time around.

If you need some perspective, and you still have Destiny 1 installed on your console, play a bit of Destiny 2 and then jump directly into Destiny 1. Visually speaking, It is like applying eye drops to your eyes.
