So I tried my first Heroic Strike today (Destiny)

When did these become impossible??

I understand we were underleveled (347), but Junior and I died so fast that every time we respawned after the wipe, the pre-strike narration started up again. We gave up after three such non-starts.

If I have to wait to be 350, it's going to be a long time until I'm ready. I want to play the new content!

Strikes are one of the things I do the least, Crucible is more immediate and varied for me (insert complaint about bland enemies/behaviors here, {can I at least fight more Taken?}). Modifiers, however, I find interesting and fun. But it's getting levelled to the point of being able to run Heroics without frustration that's proven to be a challenge.

Being under-levelled, it's crucial to leverage the "correct" synergies to beat the heroics. I view this as a plus though, because it pushes the player to re-tune their build to take advantage of this. Pushing players out of their comfort zone in order to be more efficient killers is a good thing.
