It just took us forever to figure out the best way to deal enough damage to get the job done.

To which the answer is just “use Sleeper or Whisper.”

Hopefully that becomes less necessary as our light levels climb.

I think we only had one sleeper and whisper. We really did a good job using a titan shoulder charge buff and the void titan shield buff. shotguns seemed to do well too if you stand on the ledge below her.

Yeah, to be fair, we didn’t experiment much. Me pulling out Sleeper after a few runs and breaking a million for the first time was sort of the determining factor of everyone else that could doing it as well, and that just solved our DPS problem going forward.

I won’t spoil anything, but the next two encounters are where it might actually become more necessary. We struggled with DPS for a bit even using Sleepers. But again, I think that has more to do with Sleeper and Whisper being able to overcome the light level deficit better than other any other weapons.
