I blame UI. (Destiny)
It's more that you are looking at the mote instead of around to see who needs it. I did this to InsaneDrive twice one match. Cause I am naturally running around trying to grab the motes from the people I kill but he yells at me to stop, but my momentum is already there. I wasn't looking to see what he has, as then I have to stop and look for him.
