I don't think FPS games work on a tablet. I really don't. I think any game which requires a.) rapid reaction times and b.) being able to see what you're doing at all times is going to suffer when it has to rely on a gesture-based interface where you obscure the view with your own hand.

That said, tablets are fantastic devices for all manner of other games. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
