I'm also looking to complete the Niobe Labs final step (Black Armory Mysterious Datapad quest) this week. Its quite difficult to find people to do that task.
Just to be clear, the Mysterious Datapad quest and Niobe Labs (Niobe's Torment) are 2 different things. The former can be done solo, the latter cannot.
