...will it be on Bungie Day for Playstation or for everyone else after Playstation has had their exclusive time?

From a marketing stand point that would be such a bad call.

If it is during Bungie day (which will be a Monday) then it should be the day Everyone gets access to the beta, other wise the unspoken message could be disastrous.
