'Light' screws things up (Destiny)

If you're very lucky you can get some to drop in Legendary engrams. (Maybe Rare too, but I don't recall seeing it happen.)

You can absolutely get Legendary items from Blue Engrams. One ot my first Blue Engrams ever turned into a Legendary pair of Gauntlets (that I couldnt even think about equipping for another few levels). I realise the odds are slim as heck though.
