If people chase bounties as something they have to do, they are gonna have a bad time.

Yeah, I agree with you here, and that's why I haven't played much Iron Banner. The bounties are usually ridiculous things like Get 30 Machine Gun Headshots. Which, while doable, would most likely take me 3-4 days to complete at the normal pace I play Crucible, and without those bounties it takes a long time to level up in Iron Banner. I COULD probably finish it in an hour or two, but it would be playing in a way I don't find enjoyable.
