Hit Level 24 and unlocked Nightfall. Pretty disappointed. (Destiny)

The daily heroic story on the two higher levels (select the mission and change the difficulty) give ascendant materials.

Nothing but Energy lately. RNG.

Public events only give materials for the first gold tier event completion each day. That and the raid have been my main source of materials. Never had to rely on RNG for them.

First gold tier gave me Energy last several days of playing. RNG.

Don't have time for the Raid.

Everything with the RNG washes out with a larger sample set of events, but I don't have enough time to have that happen. So my small sample set has been unfortunately a very skewed one and I don't have the time to play enough to even the odds.

Basically, someone's shorter term exposure to the game has a possibility to be very good or very bad. The more time you invest, the closer to the average progression you will get. But I lead a very busy life, and Destiny is a game that demands your time. And that's unfortunate, because I don't have it to give.
