PvE -> PvP (Destiny)

Oversoul Edict, the Auto pulse rifle from Crota, is a fast kill even if not all heads shots (3-5 burst I believe, depending on number of head shots assuming all rounds hit).

If you have a FAST scout rifle that you are accurate with, it may be alright.

For the People and Up for Anything are decent Auto Rifles (I actually do better with them then Suros for some reason).

Most Hand Cannons that have any range are good.

Note that most people use the exotic in the Primary slot though, especially with the new ammo changes as it is kind of a waste in any other slot unless you are amazing with the other weapon.
