PvE -> PvP (Destiny)

Almost all of the VoG weapons are best in slot or close to it for PvP:

Praedith's Revenge is hands down the best sniper rifle in the game.
Fatebringer is awesome, though Thorn, Hawkmoon, and The Last Word are generally regarded as better.
Found Verdict is the best shotgun in the game.
Corrective Measure is an amazing HMG.

Other great PvP weapons:
- Thunderlord
- Against All Odds (I think this requires crucible marks to buy though, so it may not be an option for you)
- Gjallerhorn
- The SWARM if you still have it... might be the best HMG in the game.
- MIDA Multi-tool

And for you, because you love pulse rifles:
- Red Death (best in slot)
- The Stranger's Rifle (second best in slot imo)
- Oversoul Edict is also very effective.
