Each Primary in Prison of Elders has a "II" version which deals Elemental damage.

"II" weapons are acquired via random drop, after completing the level 35 Arena Challenge Skolas's Revenge.

The drop rate for Skolas reward weapons is pretty terrible. That being said, I wouldn't mind giving this a go later in the week on the XBox One if anyone is interested.
