They are identical except in range (Destiny)

The Jewel has 10 more range then Pride, but otherwise the two are identical stat wise. Icarus and 3rd Eye are probably better then Army of One and Vandal burn, which is what I have on mine in PVP. Army of One is really handy in PVE though.
