Interesting... We never ran in to that during our runs last night. Only teleportations we found were when people idled in the airlock area for too long.

I saw Vortech get teleported the first time we were in the Hive arena, actually. He wasn't AFK, but he'd only moved about 3 feet over the last 20 seconds.
