Mixing real money with in-game rewards is a great thing. (Destiny)
It's very unreasonable to be bothered by Emotes as Nightfall drops.
It is if you'd rather have coins or an exotic.
Oh, give it a rest. Really.
This is a completely separate issue worth thinking about. Should cosmetic stuff drop in only 'casual' activities? What type of loot is acceptable 'reward' for the nightfall? I think it deserves a look. I'm not unhappy that they can drop… but perhaps that they drop in place of better things. Crucible and Vanguard strike rewards sound like a better place.Even looking at the past raids, the cosmetic items were mostly from a dedicated source and didn't take away your shot at anything more meaningful. You could get the shattered vault cloak from the chest for example, and you'd still get an exotic roll.
No, the Deathsinger could give you a class item, and no more. The exotic Chest in VoG could give you a class item, and no more.
Atheon could give you a ship, and no more.King's Fall can give you shards the entire way through, and the Sisters can drop a class item, and no more.
You're flat-out wrong, as usual.
Not wrong. The class item and ship did not replace other loot. You could get a class item and an exotic / ship.
