I agree that Destiny can be player-hostile (or at least time-hostile, which is almost but not quite the same) but I really dont think this is an example of it. It's a long timer man. And you were what, running around picking up greens instead of doing what you went in there for?

*shrug*

My first thoughts reading this. When we did the same raid with the same goal last night, the quest chest was THE FIRST thing we did. Then we ate our greens.

That said, a simple viable timer wouldn't hurt either.
