As of this morning I'm at 2014 hrs played. You are 1859 hrs.
I haven't done a ton of strikes. But I believe I've had around 4-5 skeleton keys drop so far.
According to Days with Destiny, you've played about 85 hours since RoI dropped. So yeah, drop rate is lower for you.
Sounds like (for the first time since Destiny launched, maybe) my RNG luck is better than most people's, when it comes to Skeleton keys!
