- Reduced ROF on Clever Dragon/Grasp
- Reduced flinch from HCR
- Reduced base flinch from Pulse rifles
- Reduced magazine on Grasp/Clever (from 24 to 18 with Braced frame)
- Low RoF pulses have buff to rate of fire
- Increased in air accuracy w/ pulses, autorifles, scouts.
* Fixed HCR on other weapon classes
