You could be totally right, and I certainly hope so!
Again, I’m doing a whole lot of complaining about something I ultimately like. I just expected . . . something more. Honestly, maybe that’s just on me at this point.
Because I understand you a lot. This whole "hype train" thing is just spoiling everything. I would be so much more satisfied, and I think a LOT of people would, if they just told us a title and maybe a 30 second trailer. That. Is. All. Nothing else.
Secrecy regarding upcoming content, more open communication regarding problems & fixes. As things currently are DeeJ, Urk, & Cozmo23 must don their "online asbestos suits" daily. I suspect more secrecy & more communication would help, but they need to be in the right areas.Also, I miss the Matt Soell's updates... The very abstract teasing regarding how development was coming along was enjoyable.
I imagine a vast majority of the "hype train" stuff is actually activision and their marketing department.
How far ahead of time was Curse if Osiris hyped? I didn’t watch any streams or anything.
